5785/2024 Book of Memory

The Book of Memory is dedicated to the memory of our dear ones and is distributed prior to our Service of Remembrance (Yizkor) on Yom Kippur. Copies will also be available in the Office. As always, we will include the names of those for whom there are Perpetual Memorial Plaques located in the sanctuary.

In order to complete our book on time, we must have all names NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 13th, 2024. Please give this matter your immediate attention and return this form along with your contribution. Your prompt response will assist us greatly in preparing this year’s Book of Memory.
